Leads and scales a software engineering team while remaining technically hands-on. Owns technical decisions, development speed, quality, hiring, team structure, engineering processes, and AI-assisted development practices. The role requires shipping AI features, improving cycle time and testing, conducting interviews, coaching engineers, and partnering closely with product leadership. The manager will grow the team from eight to approximately 12–16 engineers while maintaining a high-quality, zero-bug standard.
