Lead the launch and growth of Seccl’s regulated Irish investment operations and dealing function. Own PCF-29 and PCF-42 responsibilities, operational controls, payments, trading, settlement, reconciliations, asset servicing, cash management and outsourced operations. Support regulatory authorization and Central Bank of Ireland relationships while evolving dealing capabilities across new instruments, venues and automated trading. Lead Seccl Ireland’s compliance and financial crime frameworks through authorisation, launch, and ongoing supervision. Serve as MLRO and PCF-12/PCF-52 holder, overseeing AML, CTF, customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, investigations, reporting, regulatory risk, compliance monitoring, conduct, product governance, and MiFID II obligations. Provide independent second-line challenge, engage with the Central Bank of Ireland, auditors, the Board, and senior stakeholders, and embed regulatory requirements across product and technology development.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure (Terraform) with a serverless focus. Enable squads to build and run services, improve observability (Datadog), enhance CI/CD (GitHub Actions), respond to incidents, optimise databases (MongoDB/Postgres), and mentor engineering teams to own platform outcomes.

The Group Product Manager leads multiple product managers to shape the Seccl platform, focusing on client needs and effective product delivery while driving strategy and operational excellence.

Lead development and maintenance of Seccl's business continuity capability within the operational resilience framework. Facilitate impact and risk assessments, create and test continuity plans, run resilience and crisis exercises, track remediation, support third-party assessments, produce senior-level governance reporting, and ensure compliance with FCA Operational Resilience and EU DORA requirements.
