Define and prioritize the squad roadmap, translate Irish and European regulatory requirements into product specifications, and collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Customer, Engineering, and clients. Use quantitative and qualitative data to improve reconciliation performance, operational workflows, tax reliability, and scalable market entry.

Own the Account product area for Seccl’s European expansion, including launching Ireland’s Personal Investment Account, introducing jurisdiction capabilities, scaling onboarding, and integrating a pension provider. Define and prioritize the roadmap, translate regulatory needs into product requirements, collaborate with Compliance, Commercial, Engineering, and clients, and make evidence-based trade-offs in a regulated, ambiguous environment.

Own the Account product area across Europe, launching Ireland’s Personal Investment Account, introducing jurisdiction capabilities, scaling onboarding, and integrating a third-party pension provider. Define and prioritize the roadmap, translate regulatory requirements into product plans, collaborate with Compliance, Commercial, Engineering, and clients, and make evidence-based trade-offs in a regulated, ambiguous environment.

Provides first-line internal IT support in a Mac-first environment. Responsibilities include triaging and resolving queries, meeting response SLAs, supporting joiner/mover/leaver processes, provisioning equipment and accounts, managing access changes, maintaining asset records, ensuring endpoint compliance, administering SaaS tools, and improving ticketing workflows. The role also provides in-person support at the Edinburgh office and helps new starters.

Own customer launches from initial discovery through onboarding, technical integration, migration, training, and successful go-live. Lead workshops, create launch plans, manage milestones and stakeholders, support API integrations, and coordinate multiple complex customer projects. Identify product and process gaps, develop practical solutions, and improve launch operations while working with financial services and fintech customers in Ireland and the UK.

Leads Seccl Ireland’s risk function within a regulated financial services business. Owns the risk management framework, risk appetite, second-line oversight, board reporting, regulatory engagement, and Central Bank of Ireland authorization support. Oversees operational, outsourcing, ICT, information security, conduct, prudential, financial crime, resilience, DORA, and CAR risks while building a strong risk culture and advising senior leadership.

Lead and develop a product engineering squad, balancing people leadership, delivery accountability, and technical guidance. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, planning, delivery health, production readiness, system reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability. Partner with product managers and engineering leaders to align priorities, guide technical decisions, improve delivery predictability, and support responsible use of AI-assisted engineering tools.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions using Node.js and TypeScript, while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring product reliability.
