Join the Transfers team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to manage transfer communications, progress transfer activity by phone and email, maintain accurate client and scheme records, ensure timely and accurate submissions within service levels, provide updates to firms, respond to transfer queries, and support other operational teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Hybrid role based in Edinburgh with mandated in-office day.

Provide legal counsel in financial services, draft contracts, manage legal risks, and collaborate with teams to support business growth.

Lead technical SIPP specialist ensuring Seccl Personal Pension compliance with HMRC, FCA and Pensions Regulator rules. Provide expert guidance, monitor regulatory changes, draft processes and customer communications, manage regulatory collateral and reporting, support automation and new product launches, and provide oversight on high-risk operations and regulatory submissions.
