Develops engaging content, monitors social media trends and KPIs, provides performance reporting, mentors team members, and collaborates across departments to achieve organizational objectives. Requires strong writing, content creation, analytics, platform expertise, football knowledge, and flexibility for irregular hours in a 24/7 sports environment.
