Lead administration and optimization of on‑premises and cloud infrastructure (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, SAN). Manage endpoint security and Intune, automate with PowerShell/Power Automate, support disaster recovery, partner with InfoSec for compliance, provide Tier 2/3 support, maintain documentation, and support stadium/game-day operations and events.

Support execution and optimization of omni-channel fan communications (email, SMS, push). Build, deploy, and analyze targeted campaigns; maintain database health and deliverability; manage segmentation, A/B tests, and reporting; coordinate with internal teams and vendors; and improve personalization and campaign efficiency to drive ticketing, gameday, and organizational objectives.
