Support the Company Manager with artist care, housing and hospitality logistics, transport and deliveries, apartment maintenance and purchasing, invoice processing, scheduling appointments, supervising cleaning staff, and contributing to organization-wide EDI and morale initiatives. Must handle confidential information and work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Lead design and execution of the Annual Fund program: build segmented solicitation plans in Tessitura, manage a ~50-household donor portfolio, craft multi-channel communications, steward donors via events and outreach, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate across development, marketing, and operations to grow contributed revenue and retention.

Coordinate logistics and administration for youth, family, and school-focused arts education programs. Manage scheduling, ticketing, educator and teaching-artist relationships, community engagement events, program records, budgeting support, communications, and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure smooth operations and equitable access.

Provide in-person support for Young Rep and Rep Pro classes and events by taking attendance, maintaining instructional spaces, helping students/guests navigate the building, assisting teaching artists, and fostering an inclusive, community-focused environment.

Contract Teaching Artists develop and deliver theatre curricula for teens (13–20) and adult students, teach areas like acting, design, movement, and playwriting, collaborate with program staff, build rapport with diverse learners, and contribute to an inclusive organizational culture. Assignments are offered per program needs; teaching is in-person at Seattle Rep.
