Contract Teaching Artists develop and deliver theatre curricula for teens (13–20) and adult students, teach areas like acting, design, movement, and playwriting, collaborate with program staff, build rapport with diverse learners, and contribute to an inclusive organizational culture. Assignments are offered per program needs; teaching is in-person at Seattle Rep.

Lead Seattle Rep's marketing, communications, and audience engagement to grow revenue and long-term loyalty. Oversee brand, ticket sales (subscriptions, single ticket, groups), digital strategy, communications, patron services, front-of-house, lobby/events, budgets, teams, vendors, and data-driven audience segmentation and pricing.

Provide in-person support for Young Rep and Rep Pro classes and events by taking attendance, maintaining instructional spaces, helping students/guests navigate the building, assisting teaching artists, and fostering an inclusive, community-focused environment.
