Supports nonprofit fundraising operations by processing and coding gifts in Tessitura, reconciling contributions, tracking pledges, preparing donor acknowledgments, maintaining database records, assisting with audits, mailings, donor events, reporting, and departmental administration.

Provide in-person support for Young Rep and Rep Pro classes and events by taking attendance, maintaining instructional spaces, helping students/guests navigate the building, assisting teaching artists, and fostering an inclusive, community-focused environment.

Contract Teaching Artists develop and deliver theatre curricula for teens (13–20) and adult students, teach areas like acting, design, movement, and playwriting, collaborate with program staff, build rapport with diverse learners, and contribute to an inclusive organizational culture. Assignments are offered per program needs; teaching is in-person at Seattle Rep.

Coordinate logistics and administration for youth, family, and school-focused arts education programs. Manage scheduling, ticketing, educator and teaching-artist relationships, community engagement events, program records, budgeting support, communications, and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure smooth operations and equitable access.
