Leads Thailand’s commercial growth across B2B and B2C sales, business development, partnerships, guest relations, and revenue generation. Owns go-to-market strategy for seaplane and charter operations, secures luxury travel partnerships, negotiates commercial agreements, develops loyalty programs, optimizes routes, tracks sales KPIs through CRM systems, and builds high-performing sales and marketing teams. The role is based onsite in Bangkok and requires close collaboration with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership.

Identify and engage hospitality, tourism, luxury travel, and corporate partners; manage outreach, follow-ups, onboarding, and relationship development. Develop bundled travel experiences, coordinate partner activations and events, track partnership performance in CRM and spreadsheets, and support sales and marketing initiatives. The role requires strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia, creativity, organization, initiative, and on-site availability in Bali.

Support and develop flight operations and ground handling processes, participate in daily operations, and (with experience) manage route and crew planning, SOPs and manuals, station procedures, water-landing site oversight, operational flight plan creation, emergency contact lists, and equipment checklists.
