Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience. SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred.

Develop and support Oracle E-Business Suite R12 applications across SCM, manufacturing, and financial modules. Design, develop, test, and maintain ERP solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical support. Build Oracle APEX applications connecting backend database functionality with user experiences. Collaborate with business users, manage software development lifecycles, and support integrations, reporting, workflows, and enterprise applications.

Administers employee benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, HSA updates, compliance notices, wellness programs, open enrollment, audits, vendor coordination, and benefits-related payroll support. Maintains accurate records across HR systems, resolves employee and provider inquiries, supports regulatory reporting and invoice reconciliation, and assists with broader HR activities while protecting confidential information.
