Requires at least five years of sales experience, construction specification knowledge, presentation skills, and proficiency with business software. Travel is approximately 30%.

Administers employee benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, HSA updates, compliance notices, wellness programs, open enrollment, audits, vendor coordination, and benefits-related payroll support. Maintains accurate records across HR systems, resolves employee and provider inquiries, supports regulatory reporting and invoice reconciliation, and assists with broader HR activities while protecting confidential information.
