Leads SEAKR’s business development strategy, sales growth, customer relationships, opportunity capture, market analysis, and Business Development team. Partners with executives, engineering, product development, and capture teams to pursue high-probability aerospace and space opportunities, shape proposals, guide product planning, and represent the company with government, defense, and commercial customers. Oversees marketing execution, team performance, policy compliance, and customer engagements while traveling approximately 30–50% of the time.

Design and verify RF circuits, signal chains, oscillators, distribution networks, and multi-GSPS digitizer assemblies for space vehicle communications and signal analysis. Perform RF analysis, laboratory measurements, troubleshooting, PCB layout support, technical documentation, design reviews, and presentations. Collaborate across engineering teams, support concurrent projects, improve development processes, and mentor less experienced RF engineers.

Leads electrical engineering and digital hardware development across the full program lifecycle, from architecture and requirements through design, integration, environmental testing, validation, and delivery. Oversees box, module, board, FPGA, and software design activities; performs design reviews, signal and power integrity analysis, lab debugging, and system integration. Coordinates Hardware, Logic, Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing, Test, and Systems teams while serving as the technical interface with customers.

Administers configuration management and engineering data processes, including configuration status accounting, document and drawing releases, BOM change control, documentation tracking, and ERP product structure maintenance. Edits and formats technical documents, prepares reports, supports cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams, and trains employees on configuration management procedures. The role requires careful recordkeeping, prioritization, independent judgment, and compliance with documented quality processes.

Integrate, test, troubleshoot, and debug spacecraft electronics from component to system level. Serve as the responsible engineer for build-to-print unit testing and test conductor activities. Read schematics, review test procedures, edit software test scripts, analyze production metrics, improve yield, implement engineering changes, and document test plans and results. The role requires hands-on laboratory testing of digital circuits, processors, FPGAs, power supplies, and mission-critical hardware.

Lead moderately complex satellite electronics programs from design through delivery, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and performance targets. Coordinate engineering, business development, contracts, finance, vendors, and customers; manage matrixed resources, baselines, metrics, risks, changes, and gate reviews. The role also involves team leadership, subcontract management, technical decision-making, and Earned Value Management across Cost Plus and Firm Fixed Price environments.

Performs hands-on integration, characterization, testing, and troubleshooting of spacecraft electronics. Responsibilities include serving as test conductor and subject matter expert, reviewing schematics and test procedures, editing test scripts, analyzing production metrics, improving yield, implementing engineering changes, and documenting test plans and results. The role requires disciplined testing of mission-critical digital and analog hardware from component through system level.

Design and verify complex FPGA/ASIC systems using Verilog/VHDL. Develop self-checking testbenches and timing simulations, use vendor flows (Synplify, ISE, Vivado, Libero), script with TCL/Python, lead small teams, perform RTL review and CDC/reset/clock design, and debug hardware with scopes and logic analyzers. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support space/ radiation-hardened design practices. Requires 10+ years FPGA experience and US citizenship.
