Performs hands-on integration, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of spacecraft electronics in a laboratory environment. Serves as the responsible engineer for build-to-print unit testing and test conductor activities, reviews procedures and production documentation, implements engineering changes, analyzes production metrics, and supports yield improvement. Tests complex digital and analog systems from component through system level using laboratory equipment and documents test results. U.S. citizenship is required.

Supports satellite mission objectives and on-orbit operations under Systems Engineering or Mission Operations leadership. Responsibilities include mission requirements management, system modeling and simulation, operational documentation, procedure development, payload integration, testing, satellite pass support, HWIL testing, STK execution, and pass contact planning. The role may lead vehicle operations and requires an engineering degree, clearance eligibility, and U.S. citizenship.

Develop embedded C/C++ software for constrained space systems, implementing state machines, asynchronous event handling, operating-system concepts, synchronization, and networking capabilities. Collaborate with senior engineers on system integration, learn product specifications and protocols, and solve assigned technical problems independently. The role is primarily onsite with some hybrid flexibility and may involve Linux applications, Yocto, kernel drivers, and space networking technologies.

Develop embedded software in C/C++ for constrained space systems, including state machines, asynchronous event handling, operating-system functions, and networking integration. The engineer will define technical approaches, own feature development, integrate systems, troubleshoot independently, and adapt to new protocols and standards. Leads SEAKR’s business development function, setting growth strategies, generating opportunities, managing government, defense, aerospace, and commercial customer relationships, and guiding capture and proposal efforts. Oversees market analysis, sales initiatives, pricing and positioning, marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams. Manages, coaches, and develops the Business Development team while representing the company at industry events. Requires extensive technical aerospace business development experience, leadership capability, U.S. citizenship, and TS/SCI with polygraph clearance or eligibility.

Prepares and submits customer invoices across multiple government contract types, manages accounts receivable aging and collections, resolves payment discrepancies, reconciles unbilled costs and general ledger accounts, and supports month-end close. The role also prepares cash estimates and receivables schedules, responds to customer and government agency inquiries, and collaborates with internal departments. Strong contract billing knowledge, accounting skills, organization, communication, and analytical ability are required.

Designs RF signal-chain circuits, oscillators, distribution networks, and RF digitizer assemblies for space vehicle communications. Performs system trade studies, circuit analysis, PCB layout support, laboratory verification, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical presentations. Collaborates across engineering teams and mentors less experienced RF engineers while supporting multiple concurrent assignments.

Integrates, characterizes, tests, and troubleshoots spacecraft electronics in a laboratory environment. Acts as a test conductor and project subject matter expert, reviewing schematics and procedures, executing hardware tests, analyzing production metrics, improving yield, supporting engineering changes, and documenting test results. The role requires disciplined testing of mission-critical digital and analog systems, including processors, FPGAs, and power supplies.

Leads electrical engineering and multidisciplinary design teams through architecture, requirements, digital board and FPGA development, integration, environmental testing, validation, and hardware delivery. Performs design reviews, signal and power integrity analysis, laboratory debugging, worst-case analysis, and customer technical interface duties. Provides technical oversight across hardware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, test, and systems engineering functions throughout the program lifecycle.

Manage SEAKR’s independent research and development programs from planning through execution. Coordinate technical teams, budgets, schedules, compliance, radiation testing, capital investment alignment, market needs, risk management, and leadership reporting. Maintain project documentation and standardize IRAD processes while advancing space-based electronics technologies and supporting future business growth.

Design and verify complex FPGA/ASIC systems using Verilog/VHDL. Develop self-checking testbenches and timing simulations, use vendor flows (Synplify, ISE, Vivado, Libero), script with TCL/Python, lead small teams, perform RTL review and CDC/reset/clock design, and debug hardware with scopes and logic analyzers. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support space/ radiation-hardened design practices. Requires 10+ years FPGA experience and US citizenship.
