Leads SEAKR’s business development strategy, sales growth, customer relationships, opportunity capture, market analysis, and Business Development team. Partners with executives, engineering, product development, and capture teams to pursue high-probability aerospace and space opportunities, shape proposals, guide product planning, and represent the company with government, defense, and commercial customers. Oversees marketing execution, team performance, policy compliance, and customer engagements while traveling approximately 30–50% of the time.

Design and verify RF circuits, signal chains, oscillators, distribution networks, and multi-GSPS digitizer assemblies for space vehicle communications and signal analysis. Perform RF analysis, laboratory measurements, troubleshooting, PCB layout support, technical documentation, design reviews, and presentations. Collaborate across engineering teams, support concurrent projects, improve development processes, and mentor less experienced RF engineers.

Leads electrical engineering and digital hardware development across the full program lifecycle, from architecture and requirements through design, integration, environmental testing, validation, and delivery. Oversees box, module, board, FPGA, and software design activities; performs design reviews, signal and power integrity analysis, lab debugging, and system integration. Coordinates Hardware, Logic, Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing, Test, and Systems teams while serving as the technical interface with customers.
