Design and specify electrical components for custom fire apparatus: create harness schematics, develop BOMs, produce engineering documents in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, maintain revision control, support sales and manufacturing, troubleshoot electrical systems, and drive future electrical technology initiatives.

Set up and operate metal fabricating equipment (press brakes, NC/CNC machines, shears, notchers, saws, drills); perform DA sanding and laser part sorting; bench work and manufacture parts from drawings; measure and inspect parts. On-site role requiring relocation to Clintonville, WI. One year running fabrication machines preferred.

Perform inspections of products in final processing stages and supplier/fabricated materials to ensure specifications. Use precision measuring instruments, follow FDA and HACCP standards, and document static and functional tests. CDL required.

Develop and maintain quality SOPs, lead CAPA activities, perform audits/inspections, design tests and standards, train staff, and work with manufacturing and engineering to improve product and process quality.
