Develops and expands national account business for automated retail solutions, drives revenue growth, manages complex corporate relationships, presents products to executive audiences, tracks sales pipelines in HubSpot, conducts business reviews, and supports trade shows and customer events.

Manage post-sale customer onboarding and transfer cases from account setup through completion. Responsibilities include KYC initiation, NetSuite record creation, banking and billing setup, contract execution through DocuSign, vendor coordination, documentation review, billing audits, and customer communication. The specialist also researches billing questions, escalates blockers, protects sensitive financial data, and helps refine onboarding processes as the first hire in the function.

Provides administrative and operational support for sales activities, including processing customer orders and quotations, maintaining CRM and ERP records, preparing reports, coordinating customer communications, supporting proposals and sales events, and assisting leadership and general office operations.
