Lead IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, and technical support. Align IT strategy with business goals, manage staff and vendors, oversee cloud and on-prem systems, ensure security and compliance, run projects and vendor contracts, and manage IT budget, backup, and disaster recovery.

Design, build, test, and iterate on electromechanical prototypes and pre-production units. Perform hands-on assembly, functional testing (mechanical, electrical, refrigeration), troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and documentation. Partner with manufacturing, suppliers, and service teams to resolve build and process issues and support production readiness.

Hands-on engineer supporting sheet metal fabrication and electro-mechanical assembly to improve process control, reduce rework, maintain work instructions, resolve non-conforming material issues, lead root-cause analysis, track scrap trends, and drive lean continuous improvement on the production floor.
