Performs general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable support, inventory and cost accounting, fixed asset tracking, vendor statement review, and month-end financial reporting. Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, strong analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license for regular business travel.

Provides administrative support for employee benefits, including COBRA, FMLA, leave administration, enrollment audits, open enrollment, HIPAA, 401(k), ACA reporting, wellness initiatives, and eligibility or claims resolution. Presents benefits information during new-hire orientation, prepares reports, communicates with employees and vendors, and maintains accurate benefits data. Requires strong Excel, communication, customer service, and general office skills in a fast-paced production environment.

Lead HRIS support and reporting, maintain HR databases (ADP/UKG), participate in UKG implementation and post-go-live support, manage time and attendance data, develop reports (ADPR/Power BI/Excel), ensure data security, collaborate with HR and other departments, and train users.
