Teams at Seaboard Triumph Foods

Processes vendor invoices and daily payments, performs three-way matching, reconciles vendor statements, verifies pricing and freight charges, maintains vendor records, resolves invoice and payment inquiries, obtains approvals, and prepares accounts payable reports. Uses JDE, Excel, Word, and Outlook while ensuring compliance with payment terms, internal controls, tax requirements, and company policies.

Performs general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable support, inventory and cost accounting, fixed asset tracking, vendor statement review, and month-end financial reporting. Maintains accounting records and documentation, supports audits and physical inventory counts, and ensures compliance with GAAP and company policies. Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, strong analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license for regular business travel.
