Supervise microbiology/chemistry lab operations to ensure compliance with USDA, SQF, and HACCP. Manage lab staff, training, SOPs, testing protocols, instrumentation (NIR, titrators), SPC data analysis, reporting, and support FSQA and USDA-FSIS documentation. Assist research, process improvement, and sanitation monitoring.

Administer and configure the UKG payroll system, ensure payroll accuracy and compliance, manage payroll-to-ERP G/L mapping, audit user access across JDE/AS400/Carlisle, perform system testing and reporting, partner with HR/Finance/IT, and provide end-user training and support.

Prepare, mix, and dispense sanitation chemicals in the chemical room using the ALX dispenser; perform nightly titrations and log results; tag and maintain chemical containers; maintain cleanliness and safety, wear PPE, and work around production machinery and temperature extremes.
