Manage inside foodservice accounts selling fresh and frozen pork products; identify and develop new accounts; quote prices and manage orders; collaborate with scheduling, product management and sales leadership; monitor market dynamics; prepare sales reports; assist customer visits and provide quality service.

Serve as production facility liaison between FSQA, operations, and export sales to ensure export product quality and specifications (especially for Japan). Manage product codes, respond to customer questions/claims, develop corrective actions, support sales/order management, assist with customer visits/audits, inventory/product availability, and work flexible hours including after-hours as needed.
