A full-time, hands-on training program in fresh pork processing covering production positions, food safety/quality assurance (HACCP, FSQA), and production management. Trainees will train new hires, enforce SOPs/GMPs/CCPs, maintain records for USDA compliance, monitor product quality, and support production goals in a fast-paced plant environment.

Supervise daily operations of a sow farm and staff to meet production targets. Manage breeding, gestation, farrowing, disease monitoring, biosecurity, animal welfare, environmental compliance, and recordkeeping. Oversee schedules, timecards, PTO, performance evaluations, supply orders, and facility upkeep. Produce and submit production reports and ensure SOPs are followed.

Supervise day-to-day sow farm operations and personnel to meet production targets. Manage breeding, selection, farrowing, health monitoring, vaccination and artificial insemination processes. Ensure SOP compliance, maintain facilities, collect production data, submit reports, order supplies, and handle scheduling, timecards, and personnel paperwork. Train and audit employees on SOPs and biosecurity, maintain animal welfare, records, schedules, supplies, and coordinate with veterinary staff. Manage controllable costs and ensure health and safety; perform daily local farm travel.

Assist in daily care and feeding of sows, maintain herd health and biosecurity, train and supervise employees, ensure SOPs and safety procedures are followed, complete timely reports, and maintain emergency/alarm systems.

Support, troubleshoot, maintain, and assist in installation and programming of automation and robotic systems on a production shift. Perform preventive/corrective maintenance, analyze data trends, train robots using AI tools, and collaborate with management while following safety and food protocols.
