Oversee day-to-day care of sows and supervise farm staff. Ensure SOPs, biosecurity, feeding, medication/vaccination protocols, accurate records and reports, employee training and scheduling, safety compliance, and emergency/alarm response.

Train across departments in a fresh pork processing plant, learning production lines, product specifications, yields, equipment, safety procedures, and compliance requirements. Support production efficiency, workforce development, employee guidance, task coordination, food safety, quality assurance, and day-to-day operations. The training lasts up to 16 months and prepares the trainee for advancement into plant operations positions.

Entry-level trainee role providing hands-on training in swine farm operations, animal care, production monitoring, employee leadership, scheduling, reporting, and farm management. The trainee supports farm managers, learns all stages of swine production, maintains production targets, and may progress into supervisory or technical positions after six to twelve months.
