Supervise multiple nursery swine farm sites and personnel to meet production targets. Train and evaluate staff, enforce SOPs and biosecurity, perform audits, maintain records, coordinate animal health with vets, manage schedules, costs, supplies, and ensure employee and animal safety. Daily local travel required.

Manage a pork product category to achieve sales targets, develop new business, maintain customer relationships, coordinate production/scheduling, analyze market supply/demand and yields, manage freezer inventory, resolve product specification complaints, and collaborate with internal teams.
