Supervise multiple swine nursery farms, personnel, production targets, employee training, schedules, audits, biosecurity, animal welfare, health coordination, supplies, records, reports, and controllable costs. Conduct facility and SOP audits, coordinate medications with veterinary staff, monitor feed staging, maintain employee and animal safety, and travel daily among local farms. The role has no hiring or termination authority.

Supervises daily sow farm operations, including swine care, herd health, feeding, biosecurity, employee scheduling and training, recordkeeping, safety, medication and vaccination protocols, and emergency alarm systems. Ensures standard operating procedures are followed, facilities remain operational, reports are accurate and timely, and employees perform effectively. Acts as manager when the supervisor is absent.

Supervise multiple swine farm sites and personnel, coordinate daily production activities, train employees, enforce biosecurity and animal welfare standards, audit procedures and facility conditions, maintain records, manage schedules and controllable costs, coordinate animal health with veterinary staff, track feed and supplies, and submit reports and orders. Daily travel between local farms is required.
