Manage procurement of materials and ingredients for high-volume pork processing. Oversee purchasing and receiving team, create and manage purchase orders, set min/max inventory, collaborate with plant stakeholders, AP, Quality and Food Safety to ensure timely, compliant deliveries, support PPE and inventory cycle counts, produce management reports, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead engineering, automating, securing, and operating enterprise platform services across Azure and hybrid infrastructure. Design, deploy, and support Azure platform services, virtualization (Nutanix/VMware), IaC (Bicep), backup/disaster recovery, Microsoft infrastructure (AD, Entra ID, M365). Drive cloud modernization, datacenter migration, automation, documentation, incident troubleshooting, architecture reviews, and mentor platform engineers to build team capabilities and operational excellence.

Plan, direct, and coordinate daily farm activities and staff across multiple sites to meet production targets. Train employees, perform farm audits, maintain records, ensure animal and employee safety, manage costs and supplies, and create/manage work schedules.
