The Sales position involves maintaining relationships with customers, conducting telemarketing, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee accounting operations, support and train staff, ensure financial compliance, and improve processes.

Answer phones and greet visitors; manage front-desk tasks including visitor sign-in, mail, filing, shipping paperwork, and assist Order Management. Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and use office equipment and Microsoft Office to support daily operations.

Assist with maintaining customer accounts receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing, making collection calls, and resolving account discrepancies. Collaborate with sales group and maintain detailed records.

Manage the full order lifecycle from sales release to shipment: process changes/cancellations, validate against inventory/pricing, resolve holds and RMAs, analyze availability vs. demand, escalate issues, coordinate Sales/Warehouse/Purchasing, and support process improvements and team mentoring.
