Assist with maintaining customer accounts receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing, making collection calls, and resolving account discrepancies. Collaborate with sales group and maintain detailed records.

Provide administrative support to the sales team including answering customer calls, generating quotations, processing orders, managing inventory and replenishment, expediting shipments, handling quality/RMA issues, and reporting on shipping and quality performance.
