Enters and updates customer orders, maintains customer and part records, prepares warehouse documentation, processes invoices and pick tickets, and updates inventory receipts. Coordinates order status and expectations across Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and customers. Performs filing, email, and other administrative tasks while supporting process improvements, training, and team development. Requires accurate typing, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

The Sales position involves maintaining relationships with customers, conducting telemarketing, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Assist with maintaining customer accounts receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing, making collection calls, and resolving account discrepancies. Collaborate with sales group and maintain detailed records.
