Design and develop intuitive interfaces for autonomous vessel control, monitoring, and mission management systems. Translate complex workflows into user-friendly experiences, create prototypes and reusable UI components, conduct usability testing, and develop visualizations for real-time operational data. Collaborate with product, engineering, and end users to integrate interfaces with APIs and real-time data streams while supporting safe, efficient decision-making.

Manage month-end and year-end close, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, financial statements, reporting, AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting, tax filings, audits, and compliance. Analyze financial results, support purchasing and expense management, advise department leaders, and improve accounting systems and processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Coordinates APAC customer orders, logistics, customs, procurement, CRM updates, commercial documentation, supplier and shipyard communications, and field demonstrations for autonomous marine systems. Provides basic technical support during dockside tests and sea trials, triages customer issues, tracks project actions, and supports post-sales materials and training. Requires a technical or operational bachelor's degree, basic mechanical or marine systems knowledge, and approximately 10–20% regional travel.

Provides customer-facing technical expertise for marine autonomy sales, including application evaluation, hardware scoping, installation guidance, interface strategy, supplier coordination, and customer-specific solution development. Supports training, field demonstrations, sea trials, customer exercises, post-sale coordination, federal opportunity monitoring, marketing events, and CRM administration. Requires deep knowledge of marine vessels, propulsion, navigation, steering systems, vessel interfaces, and perception sensors.

Manage planning, execution, and closure of complex marine systems projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams, control budgets and resources, mitigate risks, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, report to stakeholders, and support post-project evaluations and documentation.

Support purchasing, inventory, material planning, shipping, and supplier coordination. Process purchase orders, obtain quotes, track deliveries, maintain inventory records, liaise with internal teams, and report shortages or schedule risks to ensure materials are available on time.
