Manage on-site storeroom and MRO services, including purchasing, receiving, inventory accuracy, personnel productivity, facilities, customer service, safety, and profitability. The Site Manager oversees hourly and clerical staff, maintains performance goals, provides weekly forecasts, manages P&L, coordinates with corporate functions, and ensures compliance with client and company procedures in an industrial or warehouse environment.

The role also provides supplier support through service platforms and requires occasional holiday and weekend coverage.

Manages strategic client accounts across multiple sites, serving as the primary interface and subject matter expert for digital supply chain, procurement, inventory, and fulfillment services. Responsibilities include client satisfaction, KPI and SLA delivery, financial management, staff leadership, process improvement, technology implementation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also resolves transactional issues, presents performance results to senior leadership, and drives revenue, profitability, and continuous improvement.
