Leads complex post-sale customer engineering engagements, including distributed database deployments, migrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production readiness. Serves as a senior technical advisor and escalation resource for enterprise customers, coordinating with Support, Engineering, Product, Cloud Operations, Sales, and Customer Success. Mentors peers, develops technical enablement materials, improves operational practices, and contributes to workshops, documentation, and technical presentations.

Build and deploy AI-powered tools, autonomous agents, data pipelines, and workflow automations for Sales and Marketing teams. Translate go-to-market strategies into production-grade internal systems, integrate modern APIs and platforms, and improve revenue operations efficiency. Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, measurable, and deliver strong conversion and productivity gains.

Build and own cloud features end to end across backend services, React interfaces, databases, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and production support. Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, refactoring, and test generation. Collaborate with product and UX teams to deliver scalable, reliable customer experiences using public cloud platforms, SQL/NoSQL databases, and modern infrastructure.

Own cloud features end to end, including architecture, backend services, React interfaces, database design, testing, CI/CD deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support. Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development. Collaborate with Product and UX teams to deliver scalable, reliable customer experiences on public cloud platforms.

Provide hands-on technical support for enterprise customers running ScyllaDB: diagnose and resolve complex issues (architecture, recovery, security, performance), advise on best practices for scale, escalate customer needs to product and development teams, and contribute to the knowledge base.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales process for new customer acquisition in North America, focusing on complex B2B sales cycles while collaborating with SDRs and technical stakeholders.

Lead pre-sales and proof-of-concept engagements for ScyllaDB: win technical decisions, design and document production deployments, tune and benchmark systems, develop and deliver training, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.

Outbound SDR responsible for signal-driven prospecting into Tier-1 enterprise accounts, partnering with AEs to build account briefs and targeted campaigns. Use intent data, tech-stack signals, and multi-channel outreach to book high-quality meetings, map buying committees, and maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and Salesloft.
