Act as the primary HR partner for US employees, handling full-cycle recruiting support, benefits and 401(k) administration with PEOs, employee relations, compliance across US multi-state laws, onboarding/offboarding, performance coaching, engagement initiatives, and HR systems (HiBob/ATS) and AI tools to streamline workflows.

Provide hands-on technical support for enterprise customers running ScyllaDB: diagnose and resolve complex issues (architecture, recovery, security, performance), advise on best practices for scale, escalate customer needs to product and development teams, and contribute to the knowledge base.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales process for new customer acquisition in North America, focusing on complex B2B sales cycles while collaborating with SDRs and technical stakeholders.
