Lead pre-sales and proof-of-concept engagements for ScyllaDB, serving as the technical authority for prospects. Design, deploy, tune, and benchmark database solutions; create technical documentation, integration guides, and training materials; and collaborate with sales, customers, product management, and engineering. The role requires strong Linux, NoSQL, scripting, cloud service, big-data ecosystem, communication, and solution architecture expertise.

Leads geographically distributed software engineering teams, sets technical strategy, oversees architecture and delivery, improves development processes, mentors engineers, and manages hiring and performance. The role focuses on scalable, highly available, low-latency software, database and storage technologies, distributed systems, and cross-functional product delivery.

Build and own cloud features end to end across backend services, React interfaces, databases, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and production support. Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, refactoring, and test generation. Collaborate with product and UX teams to deliver scalable, reliable customer experiences using public cloud platforms, SQL/NoSQL databases, and modern infrastructure.
