Lead a small crew to operate, inspect, troubleshoot and maintain oil & gas production equipment. Perform daily safety checks, routine maintenance, equipment operation, documentation, mentor junior roustabouts, lead contractors, assist with construction activities, and use systems like SCADA and MS Office. Must meet physical demands and participate in on-call/overtime schedules.

Perform hands-on oil and gas field work including equipment operation and maintenance, daily field ticketing and data entry, safety compliance, physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs), overtime/on-call participation, and tasks assigned by the Foreman. Maintain company tools and follow company policies.

Perform hands-on production support: troubleshoot and repair equipment, maintain and operate production tools, submit accurate field tickets, follow safety procedures, act as two-person crew lead when needed, perform data entry, and handle physically demanding outdoor tasks, overtime, and on-call rotations.

Perform general oil and gas production site tasks: operate and maintain production equipment, complete accurate daily field tickets, follow safety and company procedures, participate in on-call/overtime rotations, perform physical outdoor labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, confined spaces), and support the Foreman and team to meet production and cost targets.

Perform maintenance and repairs on oil and gas wells as part of a 3-5 person crew. Operate mud pumps, handle pipe, perform derrick operations, rig up/down, load/unload equipment, assist shop and yard maintenance, train and relieve crew, maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and perform roustabout tasks as assigned.

Coordinate and oversee movement and positioning of heavy equipment and materials on oil, gas, or mining sites. Enforce safety protocols, assist with setup, maintenance, and dismantling of equipment, perform routine inspections, and collaborate with rig crews and supervisors to optimize workflow and report hazards to maintain operational readiness and compliance.
