Perform maintenance and repairs on oil and gas wells as part of a 3-5 person crew. Operate mud pumps, handle pipe, perform derrick operations, rig up/down, load/unload equipment, assist shop and yard maintenance, train and relieve crew, maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and perform roustabout tasks as assigned.

Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on oil and gas wells as part of a small crew. Operate mud pumps, pipe handling equipment, assist rig-up/rig-down, load/unload pipe, perform derrick operations, maintain equipment and yard/shop, follow safety protocols, and participate in on-call and overtime rotations.

Manage in-house land functions for oil and gas assets: due diligence on acquisitions, research leases and titles, draft and negotiate surface/subsurface agreements, review contracts, calculate interest and royalties, support cross-functional teams, and maintain owner relationships.

Support investor relations by managing investor correspondence, facilitating due diligence, updating performance reporting, meeting and building relationships with investors, and helping execute marketing campaigns while coordinating with fund, finance, operations, and marketing teams.

Lead a small crew to operate, inspect, troubleshoot and maintain oil & gas production equipment. Perform daily safety checks, routine maintenance, equipment operation, documentation, mentor junior roustabouts, lead contractors, assist with construction activities, and use systems like SCADA and MS Office. Must meet physical demands and participate in on-call/overtime schedules.

Perform hands-on oil and gas field work including equipment operation and maintenance, daily field ticketing and data entry, safety compliance, physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs), overtime/on-call participation, and tasks assigned by the Foreman. Maintain company tools and follow company policies.

Provide technical support for regional pipeline operations including training, start-up/shut-out and PSSR procedures, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting of instrumentation/electrical equipment, corrosion protection surveys, incident root-cause assistance, and extensive travel and on-call emergency response.

Perform general oil and gas field duties including operating and maintaining production equipment, submitting accurate field tickets, following safety procedures, performing physical labor up to 50 lbs, participating in overtime/on-call rotations, and supporting Foreman-directed tasks. Maintain tools/equipment and basic data entry into electronic systems.

Coordinate and direct movement of heavy machinery and materials on extraction or mining sites. Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, inspections, and dismantling. Enforce safety protocols, report hazards, collaborate with rig crews and supervisors to optimize workflow, and perform basic equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure regulatory compliance.
