Serves as the primary client liaison while managing supplier relationships, multiple projects, compliance, quality, and timely communication. The role requires strong procurement, negotiation, event management, budgeting, analytical, organizational, and technology skills.

Develops accurate, timely proposal estimates for clinical trial patient travel and reimbursement services. Reviews client requests, aligns deliverables with templates, documents assumptions, tracks proposals in databases, and participates in internal and client-facing discussions. Collaborates with Business Development, Contracts, Project Management, and Compliance teams while supporting peer review and completing required training.

Manage accounts receivable and invoicing activities including customer invoicing, cash application support, collections assistance, reconciliations, revenue accruals, month-end close, audit support, and process improvement to ensure compliance with accounting policies and customer contracts.

Manage relationships and engagement with clinical research sites across the trial lifecycle: drive portal adoption and utilization, monitor site performance, resolve site issues, support regional client communications, provide local market insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve site satisfaction and operational efficiency.
