Draft, review, and manage NDAs, services agreements, task orders, amendments, and vendor contracts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to finalize contracts, maintain contract lifecycle tracking, and support the Contracts team and General Counsel on ad hoc projects while completing required training.

Process semi-monthly payrolls, review international EOR payrolls, manage payroll-related changes and reconciliations, maintain employee files, support recruiting/onboarding, generate ADP Workforce Now reports, handle tax/state activities, resolve payroll issues, and assist on HR projects and documentation.
