Leads Scout’s finance function across FP&A, reporting, analytics, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and operational finance. Owns the finance data warehouse buildout, financial models, profitability analysis, executive and client reporting, KPI development, and strategic planning. Partners with accounting, technology, operations, and executive leadership to improve data integrity, margins, controls, and scalable processes. Manages and develops the finance team while serving as a client-facing finance representative.

Manage client-led hotel sourcing for meetings and events, including developing specifications, evaluating hotel offers, preparing budgets in Excel, negotiating contract terms, and finalizing agreements. Serve as the primary client liaison while maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring meeting requirements are met, and delivering accurate budgets to meeting planners. The role requires managing multiple projects, providing thoughtful recommendations, and maintaining high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and customer service in a remote environment.

Leads hotel sourcing for client meetings by gathering specifications, identifying suitable properties, validating availability and meeting space, preparing Excel budgets, negotiating contract terms and concessions, and finalizing meeting budgets. Serves as the primary client liaison while managing supplier relationships, multiple projects, compliance, quality, and timely communication. The role requires strong procurement, negotiation, event management, budgeting, analytical, organizational, and technology skills.
