Manage accounts receivable and invoicing activities including customer invoicing, cash application support, collections assistance, reconciliations, revenue accruals, month-end close, audit support, and process improvement to ensure compliance with accounting policies and customer contracts.

Support Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Vendor Management by executing quality assessments, maintaining eQMS user/training records, managing vendor onboarding and tracking, supporting ICF repository and regulatory document maintenance, interacting with project teams, and maintaining compliance trackers and tools.

Manage relationships and engagement with clinical research sites across the trial lifecycle: drive portal adoption and utilization, monitor site performance, resolve site issues, support regional client communications, provide local market insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve site satisfaction and operational efficiency.
