Lead root-cause investigations and engineering projects to improve wind and solar asset performance using SCADA and historical data. Develop and document processes, validate project outcomes, communicate findings to stakeholders, and support troubleshooting, damage evaluations, and fleet-wide reliability initiatives. Provide analysis, reporting, and technical guidance to internal teams and external suppliers.
