Leads consolidated and subsidiary financial reporting, including periodic statements, SEC filings, footnote disclosures, IFRS and U.S. GAAP compliance, reconciliations, journal entries, and audit support. Oversees internal controls over financial reporting, accounting policies, and monthly close activities. Advises management on reporting changes and ensures accurate, timely submissions across the organization.

Leads Scout’s geospatial, data analytics, enterprise GIS, data governance, automation, and AI capabilities supporting renewable energy development. Establishes strategy, architecture, standards, and scalable systems for site selection, project development, engineering, construction, and investment decisions. Builds and manages a technical team, oversees technology investments and vendors, integrates business platforms, drives digital transformation, and partners with executive and cross-functional leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Supports procurement for renewable energy and high-voltage equipment by maintaining market intelligence, supplier and sourcing records, reports, dashboards, budgets, invoices, documentation, and compliance workflows. Assists RFP/RFQ processes, supplier due diligence, project financing documentation, and process improvements while collaborating with Category Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
