Support capital raising for utility-scale wind, solar, and storage projects by owning transactions from origination through closing. Build and maintain debt, tax equity, and equity models; draft marketing materials; analyze term sheets; lead due diligence; coordinate with internal teams and external counsel and capital providers to drive financings to close.

Lead development and commercialization of Powered Lands initiatives by originating partnerships, structuring commercial agreements, coordinating cross‑functional teams, evaluating site feasibility and interconnection, guiding M&A and finance, and building scalable frameworks to integrate renewables, storage, firm capacity, and large-load co‑location opportunities (e.g., data centers).

Lead U.S. utility-scale wind, solar, and battery project development from mid- through late-stage phases. Responsibilities include land acquisition, interconnection, permitting, environmental and transmission reviews, contract negotiations, financial modeling, budgeting, stakeholder management, GIS analysis, and project optimization. The role manages multiple projects, mentors junior staff, coordinates interdisciplinary teams, develops permitting and tax strategies, and supports project handoffs to construction or M&A. Frequent site travel and significant collaboration with regulators, utilities, landowners, contractors, Legal, Finance, and Engineering are required.
