Teams at Scottish Football Association

Manage planning, coordination, governance, reporting, and delivery of Scottish FA stadium projects and workstreams for UEFA EURO 2028. The role maintains project plans, schedules, risks, actions, budgets, procurement, contracts, and financial reporting while coordinating internal teams, external partners, and stadium stakeholders to meet UEFA requirements and tournament deadlines.

Leads the Scottish FA’s Women’s Refereeing Project and FIFA-funded priorities. Supports the recruitment, retention, development, and progression of female referees across Scotland; builds stakeholder relationships; creates coaching and development opportunities; promotes women’s refereeing; identifies pathway improvements; and monitors, evaluates, and reports on project outcomes.
