Key Responsibilities
· Lead the delivery of the priorities and objectives identified within the Women’s Refereeing Project and FIFA funding programme.
· Act as a key point of contact and advocate for the female refereeing community across Scotland.
· Support the recruitment, retention, development and progression of female referees at all levels of the game.
· Build and maintain effective relationships with referees, clubs, leagues, associations and other key stakeholders.
· Develop and support initiatives that promote and raise the profile of women’s refereeing across Scottish football.
· Identify opportunities to improve the experience, pathway and support available to female referees.
· Create and facilitate high-quality coaching and development opportunities, supported by relevant resources and materials tailored to the needs of female referees.
· Contribute to the delivery of the Scottish FA’s strategic aims, particularly those relating to the development and growth of the women’s and girls’ game.
· Monitor progress against agreed objectives, evaluate impact and contribute to reporting on the development of women’s refereeing.
