Leads sales initiatives and revenue growth across hotel properties, develops hotel and client relationships, prepares audiovisual estimates and proposals, identifies upselling opportunities, analyzes sales performance and forecasts, and coaches team members. Partners with audiovisual technicians and operations teams to execute events, resolve client concerns, and maintain service excellence in a fast-paced hospitality and event environment.

Provide on-site audio, video and lighting setup, operation, troubleshooting and repair for hospitality events. Create estimates, manage inventories, coordinate resources and budgets, run room audits, perform software upgrades, train staff, and deliver professional client-facing technical support to ensure event success.
