Lead technical execution as DreamLever’s first in-house engineer. Build and ship full-stack product improvements, improve the AI Chief of Staff agent, understand and extend the existing production system, and maintain reliable engineering foundations. Work closely with the founder on product decisions, coordinate external engineering support, review delegated work, and ensure fast, polished delivery.

Build and maintain full-stack digital products across discovery, prototyping, implementation, and maintenance. Develop user experiences, real-time interactions, APIs, and backend services; fix bugs; write clean, efficient code; collaborate with product, design, and engineering; contribute to product strategy; and engage directly with customers in an early-stage startup environment.

Own the technical customer lifecycle for startup clients, from deployment and activation through ongoing utilization. Identify high-impact AI use cases, integrate AI tooling into customer workflows, ship production software, and partner with engineering teams. Represent Scope Labs in the field, operate autonomously in ambiguous environments, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and relay customer insights to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.

Lead client relationships and technical project delivery from kickoff through completion. Manage timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, meetings, documentation, competing priorities, and issue resolution across multiple accounts. Translate technical concepts into business value, coordinate with product, engineering, and design teams, protect internal team bandwidth, and de-escalate client concerns while maintaining trust and delivery quality.

Develop user experiences, real-time interactions, APIs, and backend services while writing clean, efficient code. Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and customers; contribute to product strategy; fix bugs; and own large initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Design and build polished digital product experiences from ambiguous requirements through production. Create interfaces in Figma and React, develop reusable design systems and components, optimize responsive and accessible interactions, and contribute to motion, branding, marketing, and client-facing creative work. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and clients while independently managing projects and improving design-engineering workflows.

Own the deployment and adoption of products for clients by translating feedback into product specifications, prioritizing roadmaps, coordinating with engineering, conducting QA, managing client communications, and supporting release processes. The role also involves bug triage, sprint planning, product analytics, client roadmap updates, and improving internal product development workflows.

Own UpNext’s product strategy, roadmap, specifications, customer research, release process, QA, and stakeholder communications. Partner with ScopeLabs engineering to deliver platform features, manage sprint planning and bug triage, improve product processes, and expand transfer portal data coverage and integrity for college recruiting users.

Own product development for client engagements by prioritizing feedback, writing product specifications, managing feature roadmaps, coordinating with engineering, conducting QA, analyzing product usage, leading client communications, and supporting sprint planning, bug triage, releases, and process improvements. The role may expand into broader product strategy and internal product development initiatives.
