Build and maintain full-stack digital products across discovery, prototyping, implementation, and maintenance. Develop user experiences, real-time interactions, APIs, and backend services; fix bugs; write clean, efficient code; collaborate with product, design, and engineering; contribute to product strategy; and engage directly with customers in an early-stage startup environment.

Own technical customer engagements from deployment through ongoing adoption. Identify AI use cases, integrate AI tooling into startup workflows, ship production software, and represent the company with customer engineering teams. Translate customer feedback into product and engineering insights while managing multiple engagements, operating autonomously, and working across technical and non-technical audiences.

Leads technical project delivery and client relationships from kickoff through completion. Responsibilities include managing timelines and deliverables, translating technical concepts, resolving client issues, facilitating meetings, documenting requirements, and aligning product, engineering, and design teams. The role requires strong communication, emotional intelligence, organization, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle competing priorities and challenging client situations in a startup or agency environment.
