Build and maintain full-stack digital products across discovery, prototyping, implementation, and maintenance. Develop user experiences, real-time interactions, APIs, and backend services; fix bugs; write clean, efficient code; collaborate with product, design, and engineering; contribute to product strategy; and engage directly with customers in an early-stage startup environment.

Lead technical execution as DreamLever’s first in-house engineer. Build and ship full-stack product improvements, improve the AI Chief of Staff agent, understand and extend the existing production system, and maintain reliable engineering foundations. Work closely with the founder on product decisions, coordinate external engineering support, review delegated work, and ensure fast, polished delivery.

Lead technical project delivery and client relationships from kickoff through completion. Manage timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, issue resolution, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams. The role requires strong emotional intelligence, organization, communication, technical fluency, and the ability to manage competing priorities, challenging client relationships, and escalations in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
