The first Product Designer will own the end-to-end product experience for an AI-powered field data collection platform. Responsibilities include researching inspectors’ workflows, designing mobile experiences for challenging offline industrial environments, creating AI-assisted reporting and data-query interfaces, prototyping in code, maintaining a design system, and collaborating closely with engineers and product leaders. The role includes on-site testing with inspectors and ownership of designs through launch.

Build and own Scope’s integration infrastructure, including APIs, reusable frameworks, no-code integrations, data migration and synchronization pipelines. Work directly with clients and deployment strategists to translate requirements into scalable solutions, ensure platform compatibility, and improve the efficiency of future integrations. This role is the first integrations engineering hire and will help build the team as the company grows.

Lead the full sales lifecycle for enterprise deals, build onboarding and customer-success frameworks, become a domain expert for TIC customers, navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and governance reviews, and help shape GTM strategy while supporting early-stage startup operations.
