Own client accounts from technical scoping through implementation and rollout. Work onsite with inspectors in industrial facilities to understand workflows, configure and build tailored workflows, integrations, and data structures, manage project plans, resolve blockers, and build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role combines hands-on technical delivery, account ownership, and project coordination.
