Collaborates with Product teams to test and improve AI-enabled legal automation tools for fund formation and structure-chart workflows.

Supports supervised legal-services work under a Managing Associate, including document review, legal analysis, and structured transactional workflows. The intern gains exposure to private equity, capital markets, legal technology, and AI-enabled processes while developing practical legal and communication skills. This part-time Mexico-based programme is designed for current law students or recent graduates and includes training, mentoring, and potential progression into a junior legal-services role.
