Undertake a ~12-month client secondment after onboarding, manage document queues and turnaround times, provide legal operations support, and contribute feedback to improve processes and products.

Lead legal delivery and client relationships for global investment clients on private equity, M&A, and financing transactions. Draft, review, negotiate NDAs and ancillary documents, supervise and train legal teams, own account health and escalations, run QBRs, and partner with product/engineering to refine AI-enabled legal workflows.
