Apply client playbooks, identify deviations, implement fallback language, and manage high-volume workflows within defined service levels. Collaborate with global legal teams, contribute to process improvements, and provide feedback on AI-enabled legal technology. The role requires strong legal analysis, attention to detail, and excellent English communication.

Reviews and negotiates commercial contracts, applies client playbooks, identifies deviations, and implements fallback language. Oversees junior team members, manages document workflows and turnaround times, collaborates with global legal colleagues, and supports operational projects. Uses proprietary AI tools for document review while maintaining accountability for legal work product, and provides feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the platform.

Undertake a ~12-month client secondment after onboarding, manage document queues and turnaround times, provide legal operations support, and contribute feedback to improve processes and products.
