Draft, review, negotiate NDAs and ancillary documents, supervise and train legal teams, own account health and escalations, run QBRs, and partner with product/engineering to refine AI-enabled legal workflows.

Work on live private equity, M&A and financing transactions: review, draft, and negotiate NDAs and ancillary documents using client playbooks; manage document queues and turnaround times; supervise and train junior team members; support live deal execution across concurrent transactions; collaborate with global legal, product, and engineering teams to improve AI-enabled workflows and internal processes.

Provide transactional legal support on private equity, M&A and financing deals. Review and negotiate NDAs and ancillary documents using client playbooks and a proprietary AI-enabled platform. Collaborate with global legal, product, and engineering teams to ensure accuracy, consistency and continuous improvement of AI tools while handling multiple concurrent high-value transactions.
