Defines operational and system requirements, use cases, architectures, interfaces, and high-level designs; develops integration and acceptance test plans; evaluates engineering processes; coordinates with stakeholders; supports planning, risk management, technical decisions, documentation, reviews, and briefings. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering with three years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with one year, plus Top Secret/SCI clearance and a full-scope polygraph.

Supervise USCIS field office records operations by assigning and monitoring staff work, reporting production metrics, prioritizing workloads, managing schedules and attendance, training employees, maintaining procedures, addressing performance issues, and coordinating with government personnel and site leadership.
