Performs systems engineering across the full lifecycle, including requirements definition, CONOPS, high-level architecture, interface specifications, integration and acceptance testing, process assessment, technical planning, risk management, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Supports Maryland Procurement Office mission requirements and ensures engineering solutions align with technical and operational objectives. Requires a qualifying ABET-accredited engineering degree, substantial relevant experience, and Top Secret/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph.

Performs systems engineering across the full lifecycle, including requirements development, CONOPS, high-level design, interface definition, integration and acceptance testing, process assessment, technical planning, risk management, documentation, and stakeholder briefings. Coordinates with customers and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet mission and technical requirements. Requires an ABET-accredited engineering degree, relevant experience, Top Secret/SCI clearance, and a full-scope polygraph.

Manages quality operations, audits, performance metrics, corrective actions, compliance procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partners with leadership, clients, process owners, and site quality staff to monitor processes, identify root causes, maintain records, and recommend solutions. Requires substantial quality-control experience, government-site travel, and the ability to obtain Public Trust suitability clearance.
