The role requires market intelligence, KPI and dashboard development, strategic planning, cross-functional execution, and the ability to influence stakeholders across geographies while adapting to changing market conditions.

Lead specialty chemical category growth across value chains, including market expansion, customer acquisition, supplier partnerships, sourcing, commercialization, pricing, and profitability. Develop category strategies, evaluate products and markets, manage strategic customers and partners, monitor competitive and regulatory trends, and coordinate with manufacturing, R&D, regulatory, quality, and supply chain teams. Build and mentor teams while scaling new business opportunities and managing P&L performance.

Owns strategic growth, category management, commercial strategy, and P&L performance across specialty chemical value chains. The role develops business plans, identifies market opportunities, drives pricing and profitability improvements, manages customer and supplier relationships, and leads cross-functional initiatives. It also partners with founders on investment decisions, market expansion, executive reporting, and strategic projects.
