Develop and implement strategic communications and public affairs plans for a Department of War customer. Create and distribute press releases, website and social media content, coordinate public-release approvals, align messaging across internal and external stakeholders, and communicate with military services, government organizations, industry partners, engineers, senior leaders, and subject matter experts. The role requires extensive communications and Department of War public affairs experience, U.S. citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and up to 10% travel.

Conducts systems engineering analysis, design, development, integration, testing, reliability analysis, and scheduling for complex communications systems. Develops hardware field changes, technical manuals, test procedures, maintenance training curricula, technical data packages, and engineering drawings for CDLMS and NGC2P product lines. Requires extensive electrical engineering and tactical data-link experience, U.S. citizenship, and a Secret security clearance.

Oversee a large contracted effort supporting the Special Communication Mission Solutions Division at NAWCAD WOLF. Lead contract execution, manage multiple C5ISR platforms, oversee contractor and subcontractor teams, administer contract requirements, and serve as the primary technical and project interface with the Government Contracting Officer’s Representative. The role requires substantial DoD program management experience and Secret clearance eligibility.
