Creates, edits, reviews, and manages formal technical documentation supporting IT infrastructure design, installation, and configuration for Command and Control Facilities. Collaborates with systems, network, and infrastructure engineers, drives documents through review, ensures clear and concise communication, and maintains compliance with applicable standards and style guides. The role also supports U.S. Space Command activities and may use artificial intelligence tools to develop prompts and automate meeting-minute collection.

Integrates, configures, deploys, and tests heterogeneous Windows, Linux, virtualized, and containerized systems supporting Marine Corps command-and-control programs. Administers VMware, OpenShift, Active Directory, and RHEL environments; manages system images, networking, patches, security updates, and air-gapped infrastructure. Authors and executes functional, regression, environmental, interoperability, and verification tests, investigates defects, supports root-cause analysis, and validates remediation. Provides technical guidance and supports DoD and NIWC Atlantic engineering efforts.

Supports DoD mission execution through workflow design, process improvement, operational coordination, and collaboration-system management. Develops SOPs, manages SharePoint and Teams environments, coordinates meetings and schedules, tracks action items, supports onboarding, and prepares correspondence and briefings for senior stakeholders. Maintains records-management, sensitive-data handling, and cybersecurity compliance practices while coordinating travel and expenses. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and multi-stakeholder coordination skills, plus an active Secret clearance.
