Lead and architect end-to-end data science and agentic AI systems, personally build and deploy complex predictive models, establish ML best practices, monitor production models, design A/B tests, and manage and grow a small team while aligning AI investments with product and business strategy.

Lead a 20-person software engineering and SDET team, overseeing people development, hiring, delivery, capacity planning, escalations, architecture reviews, engineering practices, and cross-team initiatives. Build scalable team leadership structures, mentor emerging leaders, and apply AI-enabled workflows and solutions. Partner with product leadership on roadmaps and execution while maintaining strong technical credibility in software architecture, distributed systems, Python, APIs, databases, testing, and CI/CD.

Own the vision, roadmap, data access layer, reporting templates, and query capabilities for Skylar Analytics. Partner with data engineering, data science, and adjacent product teams on data modeling, pipelines, anomaly detection, predictive alerting, and agentic AI integration. Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, packaging, and customer value messaging for the analytics product.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, design scalable automated test frameworks, implement BDD, and ensure software quality through effective testing methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Develop and maintain ScienceLogic’s internal developer platform, including Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, container tooling, and infrastructure-as-code. Collaborate with development teams to understand workflows, enforce software engineering and container best practices, evaluate technologies, and contribute to architecture decisions. The role also involves documenting standards, supporting observability and logging, and implementing DevSecOps practices such as secure build pipelines and compliance automation.

As a Software Engineer in Test, you will develop and maintain test automation frameworks, conduct manual and automated testing, collaborate with teams to resolve defects, and streamline automation processes within Agile teams.

Build and maintain lab environments and CI/CD pipelines for the Skylar AI platform. Create automated end-to-end tests, simulate user journeys and telemetry, validate integrations and performance, manage versioning and rollback tests, support data generation, and document environments. Partner with product, data science, QA, and engineering to ensure reliable monthly updates and platform availability.
