Administer India and U.S. employee benefits and lead global HR operations across onboarding, employee changes, leave, offboarding, documentation, compliance, and HRIS data management. The role handles employee inquiries, benefits enrollment, audits, vendor and broker coordination, payroll handoffs, policy and process documentation, and operational improvements while ensuring accurate, confidential, and audit-ready records across multiple countries.

Design, develop, and scale mission-critical backend applications and distributed services. Build Python and Celery services, FastMCP services, Docker Swarm environments, and horizontally scalable architectures. Optimize Couchbase and NoSQL data systems, troubleshoot Linux-based distributed environments, and apply cloud-native AWS practices. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver secure, reliable solutions while using spec-driven development and AI coding tools.

Manage EMEA customer projects from planning through delivery, including scope, schedules, risks, budgets, governance, resources, escalations, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate cross-functional ScienceLogic teams and customer stakeholders, align technical work with business outcomes, and maintain project health. Use AI and automation tools such as Copilot, Power Automate, and workflow orchestration to improve reporting, RAID management, action tracking, resource planning, and communications. Identify expansion opportunities and address scope or timeline challenges.
