Requires extensive DoD program management and leadership experience, with ATS/ATE expertise preferred.

Plans and prepares production schedules by establishing manufacturing sequences, lead times, workflows, staffing, tools, materials, and equipment requirements. Coordinates with department supervisors, monitors project status, expedites delayed operations, adjusts schedules for unforeseen conditions, and prepares production reports.

Leads systems engineering execution across multiple military rotary-wing and fixed-wing aviation programs. Responsibilities include customer interface, IPT leadership, SRR/PDR/CDR design reviews, architecture and MBSE development, requirements traceability, risk management, integration and qualification testing, and cross-functional coordination through sustainment. Requires extensive military aerospace experience, HIL/SIL testing expertise, airworthiness and safety knowledge, and proficiency with Cameo and 3DEXPERIENCE.

Manage limited and complex aviation, defense, and commercial programs involving build-to-print, design, technical data package development, integration, and testing. Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Contracts, and Configuration Management within a matrix organization. Ensure contract activities meet cost, schedule, performance, FAR, DoD, FMS, and DCS requirements.

Leads integration, testing, sustainment, and implementation oversight for a portfolio of Department of Defense automated test systems. Supervises staff, sets priorities, coordinates schedules and cross-functional dependencies, manages budgets and resources, oversees vendors and deliverables, and produces management and financial documentation. Requires expertise in program leadership, engineering and production management, ATS/ATE development, integration, fielding, and sustainment logistics.

Designs and analyzes aircraft, ground vehicle, and sea military hardware modifications and missionization kits. Develops detailed 3D CAD designs, verifies fit using mock-ups and 3D-printed parts, applies GD&T, and coordinates with structural analysis and manufacturing teams. Supports programs from site surveys through design, testing, manufacturing, and integration. Prepares engineering documentation, reports, test procedures, and design review presentations. May lead engineering teams and supervise supporting engineers and drafting personnel.

Creates, maintains, coordinates, analyzes, and distributes manufacturing schedules using DMS. Provides segment- and system-level milestones for master schedules, briefs schedule status, identifies risks that may affect program requirements, and supports management in meeting program objectives.

Responsible for securing classified information systems through policy development, RMF authorization, NIST control compliance, vulnerability assessments, audits, incident response, documentation, and accreditation support. Serves as liaison with DCSA on classified system security matters and ensures compliance with NISPOM, DoD requirements, and information security mandates.

Develops and maintains Army interactive electronic technical manuals, maintenance work orders, and depot maintenance requirements. Compiles and analyzes engineering information, writes documentation to military and DoD standards, supports validation and verification events, researches technical issues, and ensures proper handling and marking of classified materials. The role also coordinates with engineers and analysts and oversees lower-level technical writers.
