Provides program finance and control support by tracking budgets, costs, schedules, forecasts, and variances. Conducts budget analysis, Earned Value Management research, fiscal planning, and operations research. Interprets planning directives, assesses impacts on program objectives, and monitors cost, schedule, technical, and operational performance. Supports Program Management with project financials and analysis of hardware and support-system costs.

Manages the organization, direction, reporting, cost, schedule, and requirements of contract programs. Ensures compliance with FAR, DoD regulations, ISO 9001, and AS9110 while supporting weapon systems procurement and production. Responsibilities include estimating, program reporting, meetings, technical coordination, and clear communication. Requires a business, management, engineering, or science degree and program management experience.

Supports Air Force and Department of Defense supply chain programs through procurement analysis, purchase order monitoring, supplier performance management, material planning, DMSMS and obsolescence mitigation, lifecycle sustainment, and risk reporting. Develops dashboards and forecasts, evaluates material availability and supplier risks, coordinates alternate sourcing, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, contracts, program management, and suppliers to maintain cost, schedule, compliance, and product supportability.
