Support implementation of student code of conduct for grades 6–12, train stakeholders, analyze behavior data, develop corrective plans and RTI interventions, collaborate with counselors, teachers, administrators, parents, and maintain positive student relationships.

Provide front-office support for the Rochester academy: answer phones, greet visitors, manage attendance and transportation requests, assign substitutes, handle mail and packages, maintain files and supplies, perform announcements and student dismissal, and carry out routine office duties.

Provide behavior support for K-5 students by implementing the student code of conduct, training stakeholders, analyzing behavior data, developing corrective plans, collaborating with teachers/counselors on RTI, and engaging families to foster a respectful school environment.
