Serve as an on-call daily substitute teacher: prepare and deliver instruction, manage student behavior, lead transitions, support small-group interventions, participate in meetings and school events, implement classroom policies, and perform related duties as assigned.

Plan, execute, and assess alumni engagement initiatives including events, mentorship, communications, and fundraising. Maintain alumni database, coordinate logistics and vendors, liaise with institutional departments, and reconnect lapsed alumni to strengthen lifelong connections.

Lead the elementary school’s instructional program, manage staff and operations, ensure compliance with charter policies, oversee curriculum, assessment, teacher evaluation, student data, socio-emotional development, professional development, and discipline to drive academic success.
