Manages end-to-end pharmaceutical and biotech clinical studies, including planning, execution, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, data issues, compliance, and closeout. Leads multidisciplinary study teams, serves as the primary client contact, oversees vendors and training, monitors performance metrics, supports audits, and coordinates communication among sponsors and internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinates pharmaceutical-sponsored clinical trials from startup through closeout, including participant recruitment, screening, informed consent, enrollment, follow-up, protocol compliance, data collection, adverse-event documentation, regulatory record maintenance, monitoring, and auditing. Collaborates with investigators, project managers, sponsors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to meet enrollment and retention goals. May support hybrid trial planning, temporary project management, process improvement, CRC mentorship, and participant education while ensuring GCP, FDA, HIPAA, and SOP compliance.

Lead B2B sales for eClinical solutions by identifying and securing new business, managing pipeline, developing strategic plans and presentations, collaborating cross-functionally, supporting marketing and CRM activities, and traveling up to 50%.

Lead business development efforts to identify, target, and secure new eClinical/CRO clients. Maintain pipeline, build strategic relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, support marketing and conferences, create proposals and presentations, leverage CRM and company resources, and drive sales strategy and adoption. Role requires frequent travel (50%) and strong stakeholder management to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Supports clinical trial site enablement and study execution by assisting with start-up activities, document and data management (eTMF/ISF/CRFs), tracking budgets and vendors, scheduling visits, coordinating logistics and medical record acquisition, maintaining dashboards and trackers, and providing cross-functional operational support to study teams.
