Lead design and implementation of custom manufacturing automation: mentor staff, develop electrical control panels, write and debug PLC ladder logic, integrate MES, robotics and vision, manage cabinet builds, introduce machines to production, create specifications for outsourced equipment, and act as technical lead on projects.

Lead design, installation, commissioning, validation, and technical support of electric power system automation and industrial control systems. Develop and analyze product specifications and tests, write technical documentation, perform product/market analyses, evaluate competitors, act as technical lead on projects, and mentor engineers. Travel up to 15% and meet background/drug-screen requirements.

Design and develop PCB layouts from schematics, collaborate with electrical/mechanical/manufacturing teams, perform placement, routing, and layout-based simulations, generate fabrication and assembly documentation (Gerbers, BOMs), apply ECOs, support fabrication/assembly/test, and maintain PCB design standards and IPC guidelines.
