Coordinate firmware and software development initiatives by managing Jira backlogs, facilitating Agile planning and grooming, tracking milestones and dependencies, identifying risks, and communicating project status. The role supports multiple concurrent projects, improves planning and execution processes, and ensures engineering teams have clear, prioritized work aligned with delivery goals.

Designs, secures, supports, and troubleshoots enterprise IT systems. The role manages infrastructure capacity, user requests, documentation, and IT projects while developing automation and CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities include collaborating with engineering and operations teams on provisioning, monitoring, patching, and lifecycle management, as well as deploying and troubleshooting Docker and Kubernetes workloads. Participation in an after-hours on-call rotation and mentoring IT interns and associates are also required.

Supports multiple utility, commercial, or industrial projects throughout their lifecycle by managing schedules, budgets, documentation, contracts, receivables, proposals, estimates, compliance, and issue resolution. Coordinates with technical leads, project teams, customers, and subcontractors while maintaining project controls and documentation. The role may support projects from proposal development through commissioning and closeout.
