Teams at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL)

Lead and develop a production team, enforce SEL values and safety, manage upstream/downstream product flow, provide training and performance management, apply root cause analysis and continuous improvement to resolve quality issues, maintain work instructions and documentation.

Serve as technical lead for complex electrical power system studies and designs, using tools like PSSE/ETAP/RTDS. Prepare proposals for SEL equipment, lead project teams, ensure scope/schedule/budget, mentor staff, travel ~25%, and support customer satisfaction and documentation.

The IT Analyst coordinates EDI and integration projects, provides tier-1 support, improves feedback loops, and assists with IT documentation and troubleshooting.
