Develops fleet and commercial automotive sales by building relationships with businesses, government agencies, and corporate accounts. Presents vehicle and financing solutions, prepares fleet proposals, coordinates with dealership departments, tracks inventory, maintains CRM records, and meets sales quotas. The role requires automotive and B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of fleet financing and upfitting, and the ability to manage complex purchasing decisions.

Manage and deliver onboarding, training, and talent development across dealership departments. Build and track 30/60/90-day plans, maintain training records, coordinate in-person and virtual learning, support succession and internal mobility, and drive continuous improvement in employee experience and compliance.

Sell and lease new and used vehicles, guide customers through the buying process, conduct test drives, complete sales paperwork, meet monthly sales targets, deliver vehicles, follow up post-delivery, and maintain customer and prospect development systems to drive repeat and referral business.
