Leads financial planning and analysis for the Schrodinger Therapeutics Group, overseeing annual planning, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, strategic analysis, KPI development, and executive insights. Builds financial models for portfolio and resource decisions, improves forecasting and planning processes, partners with Accounting during close, and manages and develops two finance professionals.

Own complex accounting evaluations, technical accounting documentation, external financial reporting, SEC filings, audit coordination, and monthly and quarterly close activities. Research accounting standards, SEC regulations, and tax laws; prepare position memos; support M&A and non-routine transactions; and maintain internal control documentation and audit readiness. Partner with Finance leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting and strong financial infrastructure.

Develop and automate infrastructure systems that build, test, deploy, and monitor development and production environments. Design secure internal infrastructure services using Terraform, GitHub Actions, Python, and Bash. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, manage containerized web services, support Linux systems administration, and implement robust deployment automation and continuous integration solutions.
